X2.0 announces its third Open Call for HealthTech and BioTech startups

The 10 selected startups will receive 30K in innovation vouchers, tailored mentorship, and connections with companies actively seeking talent and solutions to invest in.

 

X2.0 launches its Third Open Call for startups in the realm of HealthTech and BioTech, which will be open from July 4th to September 5th (17:00 CET) for applicants to submit their applications. With a total funding of €1.5 million, X2.0 is seeking ten exceptional startups to join its 5-month Growth Program. This opportunity offers selected startups access to €30,000 in Innovation Vouchers, as well as the chance to receive mentorship and scaling services from over 100 Impact Builders, external service providers.

In addition to the support from the Impact Builders, the chosen startups will benefit from the forward-thinking collaboration of corporates. These industry leaders are actively seeking talent and innovative solutions to invest in.

This Open Call is oriented to startups and scaleups with pioneering solutions across the fields of physical and mental health, including advancements in healthcare structures for both humans and animals. We particularly encourage biotechnologies that directly contribute to service improvements and disease management. Startups that offer innovative diagnostics, devices, therapy services, or solutions for care organizations are invited to apply.

X2.0 welcomes innovators from the fields of biology and engineering who are passionately working to develop solutions that combat diseases, pave the way for new medicines, therapies, and cures, and push the boundaries of the medical field.

X2.0’s BioTech division focuses on the convergence of biology and engineering, aiming to combat diseases, develop new medicines, therapies, and cures, and advance the medical field. Startups playing a pivotal role in biopharmaceuticals, cell therapy, gene therapy and genome editing, antimicrobial resistance, pain and addiction management, drug development and lifecycle management, rare diseases and orphan drugs, or vaccines and biodefense are strongly encouraged to apply.
