X2.0 launches its 5th and last Open Call in Data and AI Domains!

A unique opportunity for Startups pushing the boundaries in Data and AI Domains!

The 10 selected startups will have the opportunity to embark on a journey of growth, receiving €30,000 in innovation vouchers, 1-on-1 mentorship services from more than 200 Impact Builders, and connections to investors and corporates.

The 5th and last Open Call from X2.0 is now open, running from January 5th to March 4th (17:00 CET). The X2.0 Project, with a total funding of €1.5 million, is seeking 10 exceptional startups on the edge of the Latest Tech Frontiers in Data and AI domains to join its 5-month Growth Programme.

A solid ecosystem supporting teams and their potential to leverage

It started modestly, but X2.0 has evolved into a shining example of continuous and robust growth. The Growth Programme empowers startups to enhance their “improvement points” in areas they choose, such as business development, commercialization, tech needs, finance, internationalization, promotion, and communication. 

Lazar Jovanovic, CEO of Smart Watering Solutions, a startup selected in the 2nd OC – AgriTech, shares his experience participating in the Growth Programme:

“X2.0 made a huge impact on our overseas operations and fundraising! We opened 2 new markets, met more than 70 potential partners, and worked with highly skilled Impact Builders who helped us raise funds during the programme.” 

With the aim of providing a service that better suits each startup, X2.0 has developed its own methodology that matches startups with its Impact Builders, dedicated service providers. Currently, 265 individuals and companies have expressed interest, and 208 are already integrated into the X2.0 ecosystem, ready to contribute their services to selected startups. 

From the total Impact Builders, 56.60% are from widening countries aligning with the X2.0 mission of ensuring equal opportunities for development, providing opportunities, and boosting local economies.

Startups pushing the boundaries of technology in AI and Data

The IA has advanced rapidly over the past decade, showing the potential to boost human productivity and economic growth; but how can small and medium-sized companies effectively compete in AI markets and contend with larger, more established firms?”

X2.0 is interested in supporting teams and their potential to leverage these Data & AI transformative technologies across domains and maturities. This Open Call is tailored for startups pushing the boundaries of technology in AI and Data, focusing on cutting-edge areas including, but not limited to Generative Models, Quantum Computing in AI, Explainable AI (XAI), Machine Learning, Distributed and Federated Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Edge Computing, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Language technologies, Computer Vision and IoT Integration.

How to apply?

Interested startups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) must submit their applications via the F6S Platform Detailed Guidelines for Applicants are available containing all key information and eligibility criteria.
