Would you like to support our mission of creating social, technological, and economic impact? Europe needs to capitalise on its excellent research and start-up ecosystem. There exists an important investment gap for digital innovations and startups, especially in Central, SEE region and other Widening Countries. 

Our mission is to upscale and enable growth of promising deeptech startups, connect more and less innovative ecosystems, and establish a greater connection between the Startup Europe programme and that of the EIC.

What are the .eu Web Awards and why it’s important for X2.0? 

 The .eu Web Awards  are an online competition designed to recognise the best websites that use extensions .eu or. Ею., to enhance its visibility.  

The Awards, launched in 2014, are organised by the European Registry for Internet Domains (EURid), a non-profit organization designated by the European Commission for the registration of web names that operates the .eu level domain.  

X2.0 is participating in the “Rising Stars” category. The voting process is open to the public and it will be available until the 18th of August 2023. 

The 3 eligible websites under each category (Leaders, Rising Stars, Laurels, and the house of. EU) with the most votes will become the 2023 .eu Web Awards finalists, which will be revealed on 4 September. The finalists with the highest scores from the jury will be selected as winners and will be announced during the Awards ceremony held on 16 November 2023. 

The winners of the five categories will receive a digital icon to be used on website and social media accounts, and €5000 to organise a marketing campaign together with an EURid appointed marketing agency.
