Full professor of Applied Quantitative Methods at Faculty of Economy University of Tirana, Albania, PhD since 2005. She has almost 23 years of experience in teaching and conducting socio-economic research for developing countries such as Albania and other countries in Balkan region. She hasserved as expert/consultant in many projects financed by international donors and Albanian Governments. Her field expertise is focused in data analysis, as well as well consultancy services for investments, knowledge and innovation transfer, economic development, fiscal policies, economic analysis of CO2 emission ect
