Milena Milicevic is an international digital transformation consultant with 10 years of experience in capacity building for IT companies, bricks-and-mortar SMEs, and young professionals. So far Milena helped 50+ companies from traditional industries and 450 middle managers to transform their businesses. She coordinated co-financing of IT solutions, which resulted in IT companies earning minimum EUR 550,000 of revenue. Also, she has over a decade of collaboration with institutions in Berlin, London, Belgrade, Skopje; and 6 years of collaborating with stakeholders in Vienna.
