He is especially interested in digital marketing, social media communication campaigns, online marketing impact measurement, services quality standards and services quality measurement. He also has a distinguished expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. He has authored and co-authored many publications and presentations and has been part of several national and international projects.
